The Island Club in Vero Beach is a wonderful community on the barrier Island.It offers many amenities such as a day dock,deeded beach access, two club houses,two pools, a tennis court.It is a gated community.The maintenance which is now $905 a quarter which covers lawn maintenance, cutting of shrubs, watering and trash.
