Prices are down and no hurricanes this season!
The weather is beautiful, and lets just say Vero Beach is one of the best places to live!
Starting to see more traffic on the road from the start of the season.
Ten houses sold on the island in the month of October, fifty-six on the mainland.
Condo market: Thirteen on the island and nine on the mainland.
